Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and returns. This policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applies to all transactions conducted through this website.


1. Physical Products (Including Print-on-Demand Items)

1.1 Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for physical products within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order
  • You are responsible for returning the goods within 14 days of cancellation
  • The goods must be returned in an unused, original condition, with all packaging intact

1.2 Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are:

  • Made to the consumer’s specifications
  • Clearly personalised (including all made-to-order and print-on-demand items)
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (if unsealed)

1.3 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is received in a faulty or damaged condition, or if an incorrect item was sent, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange a refund or dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.


2. Digital Products (e.g. Digital Downloads, Printable Files)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel is waived once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

As such, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, unless:

  • The product is faulty or corrupted, and cannot be accessed or used as intended
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error

Please contact us in such cases and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.


3. Custom and Personalised Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order (including commissioned artwork or modified designs), unless they are received in a faulty or damaged condition.


4. Sale and Discounted Items

All items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are final sale and are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend checking item details carefully before purchase, as sale items may have limited availability or final print runs.


5. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund or return requests within 2 working days.


6. Refund Timeframe

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.


7. Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK law.
